Cooling System Check Includes:
- Condenser coil cleaning (once a year)
- Visual inspection of all system elements
- Testing the system with thermostat
- Verifying amperage and electrical connections
- Cleaning or replacing air filter (filter not included)
- Inspection of capacitors, relays, and contractors
- Cleaning of contaminants
- Inspection and lubrication of moving parts and motors
- Refrigerant level check and recharge if necessary (refrigerant not included)
- Inspection of condensate pan and drain line
Heating System Check Includes:
- Inspection of combustion and heat exchange
- Check and lubrication of fan or pump motor
- Check of blower motor amps
- Check of filter system (clean/replace filter)
- Check and cleaning of pilot burner/flame rod
- Check of safety controls and carbon monoxide inspection
- Inspection of gas piping and venting system
- Cleaning of blower
- Inspection and adjustment of electrical connections
- Check of all limit switches
- Check of system airflow
- Check of system switch and/or breaker
